Clarke and Demmers is a boutique talent agency, with the intent of keeping our client base small and manageable to benefit our clients and give them the best opportunities. We are always excited to hear from new young talent. To enquire about joining the agency, please email us. On receipt of your application, you may be invited to audition. This may be in person or online.
2. Audition
Opportunities to show your talent
The audition will consist of an informal conversation where we would like to find out a bit more about the applicant. Parents/Guardians are welcome to be present. Following the informal conversation, we may ask you to audition. For more information about the audition process, click here. Audition pieces must be learned by heart.
3. Outcome
What comes next?
We notify all applicants of the outcome of their application or audition. We will contact you via email or phone.

If your application is successful, we will inform you of the next steps.
Regardless of the audition outcome, our ethos is to positively nurture young talent. This is why all applicants will recieve feedback.
